Make sure you have space for the box at your site.
Container trucks for debris boxes (“roll-off trucks”) require approximately 35 feet of straight-line access to load or unload a box. Check for obstacles such as overhangs, tree limbs, telephone wires, etc. You are responsible for any damages to curbs, sidewalks, driveways, lawns, etc. if we are instructed to place the box off of the street.
Don’t overload the box!
Contents of the box must not exceed the rim. Load material evenly and don’t pile higher to one side. No material can be hanging off the sides of the debris box. NO WET CONCRETE! You will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
