Frequently Asked Questions
What can I put in my debris box?
We accept construction debris, household items, furniture, yard waste, dirt, concrete, wood, and more. Our concrete disposal and dirt removal services are particularly popular for site preparation projects. Certain hazardous materials are not permitted. Contact us for specific restrictions.
How long can I keep the container?
Standard rental period is 7 days. Extensions are available - just contact us to discuss your project timeline.
Do I need a permit for a debris box?
In most cases, no permit is required for placement on private property. If you need to place the container in a public right-of-way, permits may be required. We can help guide you through this process.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is typically free within our service area. Pricing varies based on container size, location, and rental duration. Contact us for a free quote.
What happens to the debris?
We are committed to environmental responsibility and LEED-certified recycling practices. We sort and recycle materials whenever possible, including concrete recycling, metal recovery, and green waste composting. We're familiar with all local diversion requirements for construction projects and can provide documentation for LEED certification projects.
What about roofing dumpster rental?
We offer dedicated roofing dumpster rental services for asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials. Our containers are designed to handle the weight of roofing debris, and we work with contractors throughout the Bay Area on both residential re-roofing and commercial projects.
What size debris box do I need for deck removal?
We recommend our 20-yard container for most deck removals. The 15-yard size is only suitable for very small decks (under 100 sq ft) or when demolishing only the deck surface. The 20-yard accommodates wood planks, joists, support posts, concrete footings, and railings. Extra space prevents overfilling, which can result in additional pickup fees. When in doubt, size up. Our team is happy to help you estimate the right container for your specific deck removal project.
Can you handle heavy materials like concrete and dirt?
Yes, we specialize in heavy debris including concrete disposal, dirt removal, brick, and block. Our sturdy containers handle the weight for site preparation and excavation cleanup, concrete and asphalt removal, foundation demolition, patio and driveway replacement, and retaining wall removal. As a LEED-certified business, we ensure proper disposal at permitted recycling facilities throughout the Bay Area.
