Debris Box Terms of Use

These Debris Box Terms of Use apply to debris box rentals provided by Peninsula Debris Box Service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. For questions or special arrangements, please call 800-799-1737.

Rental Period and Pickup

15- to 40-yard boxes are picked up in 7 days, and 8-yard boxes are picked up in 3 days, unless otherwise arranged in writing or confirmed by our office. A daily fee of $20 per day may apply after the standard rental period.

General Use Terms

1. Contact our office for scheduling questions, restricted materials, or special handling requests.
2. Hazardous materials are prohibited, including oil, paint, chemicals, asbestos, and any materials designated as hazardous under federal, state, or local law.
3. No food garbage is allowed in the box.
4. 8-yard boxes must be filled with clean dirt or clean concrete only. If mixed, contact the office first. Flat fee applies (no tonnage), and fill level must remain at or below top edge.
5. No refrigerator is allowed unless CFC removal certification is provided.
6. Maximum standard load weights are:
   • 15-yard box: 1.5 tons
   • 20-yard box: 2.5 tons
   • 30-yard box: 3.5 tons
   • 40-yard box: 4.5 tons
   Additional tonnage will be charged.
7. Do not fill the box above the side walls. Overfilled boxes cannot be transported.
8. Do not pour wet concrete into any box. Cleaning/removal charges will apply.
9. Customer is responsible for damage to curbs, sidewalks, driveways, lawns, and related surfaces when placement is requested off-street.
10. No tires are allowed.
11. Overweight boxes (including rainwater weight) are surcharged at the applicable contracted/published overweight rate per ton.
12. Customer authorizes card charges for weight overages and applicable surcharges under these terms.

Recycling Loads

For green waste, clean concrete, and cement loads, lower pricing may be available. Call us for current pricing and accepted-material confirmation.

• Clean Concrete: concrete only. No dirt, rebar, or wire.
• Metal: metal debris only. Available in 20-, 30-, and 40-yard boxes.
• Clean Wood: scrap lumber, pallets, and plywood only. No green waste, logs, painted wood, or treated wood. Nails and screws are acceptable.
• Green Waste: mulch, woodchips, leaves, bushes, and branches up to 16" diameter. No sod, dirt, palms, or logs.
